i might add:
i want to keep my curves. i do not want to look like a boy, i simply want to be slim, toned and hourglass (:
i already have an hourglass shape , i just want to slim and refine it.

RIGHT. i started this thing to lose weight over easter before my final term of uni ever, knowing full well that that term was going to result in a lot of stress eating. i lost 8lbs over easter, gained a few that term, and now i have graduated and am home and ready to get going again!
so far i’ve managed to lose those few pounds again plus a few more, so from my starting weight have now lost 12lbs :)
10 more to my final goal weight :)
i’ve also lost an inch of my thighs & hips since starting so thats good incentive to keep it up!
wish me luck! lovvve <3
have been the biggest failure!! finished my dissertation and have spent the last few days celebrating with my family before my return uni for my last term ever, including many cafes, restaurants and treats, not to mention a lot of alcohol! have put on 2-3 pounds, but after today i am ready to get back on track and be focussed. i know i can get back into it easily because i’ve already managed it with ease and confidence :) the end result will keep me going..
